No. We work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
We are QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified and Xero Advisor certified. We primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero and can help you set up, clean up, or maintain books in either platform. We can also work with other accounting software on a case-by-case basis.
No setup fee for ongoing monthly plans. If your books are behind or disorganized, our Catch Up / Clean Up service brings your records fully current before we begin monthly service. That one-time cost is separate from your monthly plan.
We review your transaction volume and account count quarterly. If your business grows and your volume increases, we'll proactively recommend the right plan tier so you're always getting the correct level of service for your needs.
